portal, gain functional understanding, document new processes,
train ecommerce team and pass down technical information to
ecommerce support analyst
Reporting & Monitoring
New business &
technical reporting to mirror existing requirements for website
systems and user activity
Domain Name Services
Work with web
systems integrators to make necessary changes to DNS to .com and
related domains
PCI compliance
Assist in the
delivering PCI compliancy for the new ecommerce platform
Customer Data migration
Assist in the
migration of existing customer data to the new ecommerce platform
Support Go Live Activities
Assist in supporting
the launch of the new e-commerce platform |
